War on Terror? US proxies Ethiopia and Rwanda terrorize their own people

Washington D.C.-based Ethiopian activist Obang Metho says that Ethiopian and Rwandan dictators have been allowed to terrorize their own people because they provide troops for the U.S, War on Terror. Metho is a founder of the Soldarity Movement for a New Ethiopia. 

US continues to demand Nkurunziza stand down in Burundi

Burundi's presidential election is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 21st. Nevertheless, the US State Department continues to demand that President Pierre Nkurunziza stand down.

 

Kagame's spy chief Karake under arrest

 

Rwandan President Paul Kagame's intelligence chief, Emmanuel Karenzi Karake, has been arrested with a European Arrest Warrant based on a Spanish indictment charging him with genocide, the massacre of Hutu civilians in Rwanda.
 

Would Hillary Clinton change new US policy on Rwanda?



The new US policy toward Rwanda, opposing constitutional change to allow President Paul Kagame to stay in power, has garnered wide attention. Friends of the Congo's Maurice Carney warns that it might well changed if Hillary Clinton becomes the next US president.
